1. Booking and Payments

3.1. All participants must have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and personal liability. 3.2. The Company is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
4. Health and Fitness Requirements
4.1. Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking. 4.2. The Company reserves the right to deny participation to any individual deemed unfit for the trip.
5. Risks and Liabilities
5.1. Adventure travel involves risks, including but not limited to altitude sickness, accidents, and unpredictable weather. You acknowledge these risks and participate at your own responsibility. 5.2. The Company shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the trip due to factors beyond our control. 5.3. The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances for the safety and well-being of participants.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. Participants must respect local customs, cultures, and regulations during the trip. 6.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
7. Permits and Entry Requirements
7.1. Participants must obtain necessary permits and visas required for the trip. The Company will assist in the process but is not responsible for visa rejections or permit denials.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Any complaints must be reported to the trip leader or guide immediately. 8.2. If unresolved, formal complaints must be submitted in writing within [number] days after the trip. 8.3. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with Nepalese law.
