Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 meters)

Upon arriving in Kathmandu, our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. Take some time to relax and settle in before joining your guide for a brief orientation session. Afterward, feel free to explore the lively streets of Kathmandu, visit historical landmarks, or do any last-minute shopping you may need. Enjoy the evening at your leisure with an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02

Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 meters), trek to Phakding (2,610 meters)

In the morning, you'll embark on a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The flight is an exhilarating journey, offering breathtaking views as you soar above the majestic Himalayas. Upon arrival in Lukla, your trek to Phakding begins. The trail descends through lush forests and crosses several suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River. Along the way, you'll catch glimpses of snow-capped peaks before reaching Phakding. Situated at an altitude of 2,610 meters, Phakding is a charming village with stunning views of the surrounding landscape and mountains. You’ll spend the night here.
Day 03

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

After breakfast, you'll continue your journey to Namche Bazaar from Phakding. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, and you'll cross several suspension bridges along the way. As you enter the Sagarmatha National Park, keep an eye out for a variety of local flora and fauna. The path gradually ascends, providing breathtaking views of Thamserku and other surrounding peaks. Finally, you'll arrive at Namche Bazaar, the vibrant Sherpa capital of the Khumbu region. Enjoy your overnight stay in this lively town.
Day 04

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimatization is essential when trekking at higher altitudes. Today is a rest day to help your body adjust to the rising elevation. You can spend time exploring Namche Bazaar, visiting the Sherpa Museum to learn about the rich local culture and mountaineering history. For stunning views, take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel, where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Namche Bazaar is also known for its vibrant local markets, being one of the most commercialized villages in the region—there’s plenty to see and explore. You’ll spend the night in Namche Bazaar.
Day 05

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

Today, as you depart from Namche Bazaar, the trail gently ascends toward Tengboche. Along the way, you'll pass through lush forests of rhododendron and pine, cross the Dudh Koshi River once more, and follow the scenic Imja Khola. With each step, the breathtaking views of the towering mountains will unfold before you. Eventually, you'll arrive at Tengboche, a charming village perched at 3,860 meters. Known for its tranquil atmosphere, Tengboche is home to the renowned Tengboche Monastery, offering a peaceful retreat. Overnight stay in Tengboche.
Day 06

Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410 meters), (Walking hours: 5-6 hours)

As you depart Tengboche, you'll descend through lush rhododendron forests and cross the Imja Khola, making your way to Dingboche. The path gradually climbs, offering stunning views of Ama Dablam along the way. Continuing forward, you'll pass through the village of Pangboche, renowned for its ancient monastery and rich Sherpa culture. After a 5 to 6-hour trek, you'll arrive in Dingboche, where you'll spend the night.
Day 07

Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

It’s time for another acclimatization day to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. Dingboche is an ideal spot for this, offering several short hikes to higher elevations. You can trek up to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for breathtaking mountain views and the peaceful atmosphere. Alternatively, take a leisurely walk through the village to immerse yourself in the local culture and daily life.
Day 08

Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche

Today, you'll retrace your journey from Dingboche to Lobuche. The path gently ascends towards Duglha, where you'll pass a memorial dedicated to climbers who tragically lost their lives in the Everest region. From Duglha, the trail becomes more challenging as it steepens along the Khumbu Glacier moraine. After approximately 5 to 6 hours of hiking on this rugged terrain, you'll reach Lobuche for an overnight stay.
Day 09

Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 meters), and visit Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters), (Walking hours: 6-7 hours)

Today is both challenging and rewarding as you trek towards Gorak Shep. The journey begins with rocky terrain, leading you to the highest settlement along the trek. Upon reaching Gorak Shep, you'll take a brief lunch break before continuing on to Everest Base Camp (EBC). The trail to EBC is rugged and demanding, but upon arrival, you'll be treated to stunning views of the Khumbu Icefall. Take some time to soak in the awe-inspiring sights of Everest and the surrounding peaks before descending back to Gorak Shep for an overnight stay.
Day 10

Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 meters), descend to Pangboche (4,010 meters), (Walking hours: 7-8 hours)

Today, you'll begin your journey early in the morning, setting off on a hike to Kala Patthar, a famous viewpoint known for its stunning sunrise views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and the surrounding peaks. After experiencing the awe-inspiring sunrise over Mount Everest, you'll begin your descent to Pangboche, a small Sherpa village where you can rest and unwind after the challenging hike. Expect another tough day ahead, as the walk will last nearly 8 hours. You'll spend the night in Pangboche.

Trek from Pangboche to Tengboche (3860m)

Trek from Tenboche to Khumjung

Khumjung to Monjo
