Day 01

Arrival Day

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your hotel. Use this day to relax, adjust to the time zone, and soak in the vibrant energy of the city. The orientation program is scheduled for 5 PM, followed by a welcome dinner with your guide.
Day 02

Kathmandu to Lukla by flight or helicopter and trek to Phakding

Today marks the start of your Gokyo and EBC Trek. You'll take an early flight to Lukla, where breathtaking mountain views await. Upon arrival, begin your trek to Phakding, descending through lush pine forests and charming Sherpa villages. Once in Phakding, settle into a cozy tea house for the night. Take advantage of the remaining daylight to explore the village before enjoying a hearty dinner at the tea house.
Day 03

Phakding to Namche Bazar

Today's trek takes you deeper into the heart of the Khumbu region as you follow the Dudh Koshi River. After breakfast, set off on the trail, crossing suspension bridges and winding through lush pine forests. Pass the small checkpoint at Monjo, where your entry into Sagarmatha National Park is verified. Continue trekking alongside the Dudh Koshi River, making your way through the village of Jorsalle. After crossing the iconic Tenzing Hillary Suspension Bridge, begin the challenging ascent to Namche Bazaar. This steep climb rewards you with stunning views of Thamserku, Everest, and other majestic peaks. Upon reaching Namche Bazaar, the vibrant commercial hub of the Khumbu region, settle into a cozy tea house for the night.
Day 04

Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar

Acclimatization is essential for a successful trek, and Namche Bazaar is the perfect place for it. Today is set aside for rest and exploration, allowing your body to adjust to the higher altitude. Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel to aid acclimatization. In the afternoon, explore Namche Bazaar and visit the Sherpa Museum. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids, and in the evening, savor local Sherpa cuisine for dinner. To ensure a good night's rest, head to bed early.
Day 05

Trek to Deboche from Namche Bazaar

Today’s trek takes you further into the Khumbu region, where you’ll pass through stunning landscapes and charming Sherpa villages. After enjoying breakfast in Namche Bazaar, set off toward Tengboche. You'll trek uphill, taking in panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam along the way. Upon arrival in Tengboche, explore the tranquil Tengboche Monastery before continuing toward Deboche. Cross the Imja River, and then settle into a tea house for your overnight stay in Deboche.
Day 06

Trek to Dingboche

After spending the night in Deboche or Tengboche, we’ll head to Dingboche in the morning. The trek takes you through an alpine forest toward Deboche, where you'll cross the Imja Khola River using a suspension bridge. Along the way, you'll pass a wall adorned with inscribed stones. Later in the day, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of Ama Dablam. As you climb to the village of Pangboche, you'll continue along the trail to Imja Valley. Finally, you'll arrive in Dingboche, where you'll check into a tea house for your overnight stay.
Day 07

Acclimatization day in Dingboche

Acclimatization is crucial for a safe and enjoyable trek at higher altitudes. Today is dedicated to rest and exploration in Dingboche, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing elevation and prepare for the journey ahead. Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, then take an acclimatization hike to Nangkartshang Peak, where you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalotse, Tawache, and Ama Dablam. Stay hydrated, relax, read, or engage in light activities throughout the day. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the tea house before resting for the night.
Day 08

Dingboche to Lobuche

As you trek from Dingboche to Lobuche, you move closer to Everest Base Camp, navigating rougher terrain and thinner air in the high-altitude landscape. Start your day with breakfast before beginning the ascent toward Thukla Pass, where you'll be rewarded with stunning views of Pumori and Nuptse. After a lunch break in Thukla, continue your journey toward Lobuche. Upon arrival, check into a tea house for your overnight stay, enjoy a warm dinner, and rest for the night.
Day 09

Lobuche to Gorekshep. Hike to Everest Base Camp and Back to Gorekshep

Today is a significant day as you finally reach Everest Base Camp. Begin your morning trek after a hearty breakfast in Lobuche, making your way through rocky terrain toward Gorakshep, the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. Upon arrival, check into a tea house and have a quick lunch before setting off for Everest Base Camp via the Khumbu Glacier. Take in the breathtaking surroundings and capture unforgettable memories with photographs. After soaking in the experience, trek back to Gorakshep, enjoy dinner at the tea house, and get some well-earned rest.
Day 10

Trek to Kalapathar and back to Lobuche and Trek to Dzongla

Begin your early morning hike to Kala Patthar, tackling a challenging ascent that rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Renowned for offering one of the closest and most awe-inspiring perspectives of Mount Everest, Kala Patthar is a must-visit vantage point for trekkers. After taking in the stunning scenery, retrace your steps back to Lobuche for lunch. From there, head northeast along Cho La Tsho toward Dzongla. Along the way, pass through traditional Sherpa villages, immerse yourself in the local culture, and enjoy the tranquil beauty of the Khumbu Valley.
Day 11

Dzongla to Thangnak

The summit offers a breathtaking view of the Himalayan panorama. To the west, Kyajo Ri and Pharilapche rise among a stunning array of peaks. Looking north, the vast Mahalangur range extends from Cho Oyu to Ngozumpa II and I, with Ghaychung Kang and Ngozumpa peaks adding to the grandeur. In the southeast, the iconic Ama Dablam and Choatse stand majestically. Descending to Thangna requires caution—the path is steep, with loose scree and ice. Keep an eye out for cairns marking the way. Further down, the trail winds through grassy slopes, leading to the summer village of Thangna, perched above the Ngozumpa Glacier. Settle into a guesthouse and rest for the night in Thangna.
Day 12

Thangnak to Gokyo and visit 5th and 6th Lake

After breakfast in Thangnak, you’ll set off toward the picturesque village of Gokyo, nestled at 4,700 meters. Along the way, the stunning Gokyo Lakes await, making for a truly spectacular day. After yesterday’s challenging trek, today’s journey is relatively easy, taking just about four hours.
Day 13

Summit Gokyo Ri Peak and trek to Dole

After breakfast, depart from the breathtaking village of Gokyo at 4,700 meters, taking in the stunning Gokyo Lakes along the way. Following the challenges of the previous day, today’s trek is a relatively gentle descent, spanning about four hours. Carefully navigate the Ngozumpa Glacier, traverse rocky paths, and immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty. As the journey unfolds, the trail leads to the peaceful village of Dole at 4,038 meters, where you’ll check into a cozy teahouse to rest and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. After breakfast, depart from the breathtaking village of Gokyo at 4,700 meters, taking in the stunning Gokyo Lakes along the way. Trek to Namche from Dole

Begin your trek from the tranquil village of Dole at 4,038 meters, following a scenic trail that gradually descends through lush forests, charming villages, and picturesque bridges. The path weaves through gentle ascents and descents, offering occasional glimpses of snow-capped peaks. Arriving in the bustling town of Namche Bazaar at 3,440 meters, you can unwind in a cozy teahouse and soak in the lively atmosphere, surrounded by the breathtaking Himalayan landscape.
Day 15

Trek to Lukla from Namche Bazar

Today marks the final leg of your Everest Base Camp trek as you make your way down from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. The trail winds through familiar villages and landscapes, giving you time to reflect on the incredible journey you’ve experienced. After breakfast, begin your descent from Namche Bazaar, taking breaks for tea along the way to enjoy the stunning scenery and catch one last glimpse of the majestic mountains. Stop for lunch in the charming village of Phakding, then continue your trek, crossing suspension bridges and passing through lush forests. Finally, you’ll arrive in Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, where you can check into a teahouse. Celebrate the end of your adventure with a festive dinner alongside your crew members before settling in for the night.
Day 16

Fly back to Kathmandu / Manthali

Catch a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Once you arrive, take some time to explore the city, savor a delicious dinner, and enjoy your final night in Kathmandu. After landing at the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Please keep in mind that flight schedules are entirely at the airline's discretion and may be affected by weather conditions.
Day 17

International Departure or start your new trip

Make the most of your last morning in Kathmandu based on your flight schedule. Pack your belongings and check out of the hotel, then head to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. Wishing you a safe and enjoyable journey back home!
