Next, we travel to Lumbini, where you can visit historical sites such as Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Rani Mahal, the World Peace Pagoda, Lumbini Museum, Bodhi Tree, and Mayadevi Pond.
In Chitwan, the tour continues with a visit to Chitwan National Park, Jalbire Waterfall, the Elephant Breeding Center, Bikram Baba Hindu Temple, Bishajari Tal, and Tikauli Jungle.
The final destination is Pokhara, where we will explore scenic spots like Phewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Rupa Lake, Khaste Lake, Dipang Lake, Neurani Lake, and Kamalpokhari.
This tour combines spirituality, history, and nature to give you a comprehensive experience of Nepal’s cultural and natural beauty.
The best time to visit is during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons, when the weather is pleasant, and the skies are clear for mountain views
Comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, sunscreen, and a hat are recommended. If you plan on visiting temples, modest clothing covering the shoulders and knees is required.
Kathmandu is located at around 1,400 meters (4,600 feet), Lumbini is at about 150 meters (490 feet), Chitwan is around 150 meters (490 feet), and Pokhara is at 827 meters (2,713 feet). The altitude is generally not high enough to cause altitude sickness, but it's always good to be aware of it when traveling.
Many tour operators offer the option to extend your trip to other popular destinations such as Nagarkot, Bandipur, or even trekking in the Himalayas. Discuss your preferences with the operator for a customized itinerary.
