Lobuche Peak is located in the Khumbu region, just above the village of Lobuche, and lies close to Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain. The peak has two summits: East and West. The East summit is particularly appealing, with accessible routes and exciting new opportunities. Our climb will follow the Lobuche East route, which is known for its technical challenges, including steep snow slopes and the use of fixed ropes. This makes it one of the more challenging peaks to climb in Nepal. Due to its rocky ascent and snow-covered terrain, the peak demands solid experience in snow climbing. Lobuche Peak provides valuable experience for those aspiring to tackle high-altitude mountain expeditions in the future.

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu

When you arrive in Kathmandu, our representative will warmly greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Take this day to adjust to the new time zone and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the city. An orientation program is set for 5 PM to help you become familiar with your surroundings.
Day 02

Flight to Lukla and trek to Phakding

Today marks the beginning of our exciting journey to our destination. We’ll take an early flight to Lukla, where stunning mountain views will welcome us upon arrival. Our trek starts towards Phakding, leading us through captivating pine forests and quaint Sherpa villages. Once we arrive in the lovely village of Phakding, we’ll check into a comfortable tea house for the night. We’ll take advantage of the remaining daylight to explore and soak in the beauty of Phakding before wrapping up the day with a satisfying dinner at the teahouse.
Day 03

Trek to Namche Bazar from Phakding

The trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar offers a beautiful journey through the Everest region. We’ll follow the Dudh Koshi River, cross suspension bridges, and pass by charming Sherpa villages like Monjo. As we gradually ascend through lush forests, we’ll eventually reach Namche Bazar, the lively gateway to Everest.
Day 04

Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar

Get ready for a successful trek to Everest Base Camp by focusing on acclimatization, which is essential for adjusting to higher altitudes. Namche Bazar provides the perfect environment for this. Today, prioritize relaxation and exploration to help your body adapt. Boost your acclimatization with a short hike to the Everest View Hotel. Spend the afternoon soaking in the charm of Namche Bazar and visiting the Sherpa Museum. Stay hydrated throughout the day and enjoy delicious local Sherpa cuisine for dinner. To ensure a restful night, retire early.
Day 05

Trek to Tengboche from Namche Bazar

From here, we’ll ascend towards Tengboche village, where we’ll catch our first glimpse of Everest. While we can only see the tip, the experience is both exhilarating and surreal, knowing we’re looking at the highest point on Earth. We’ll also visit the Tengboche Monastery, known as Dawa Choling Gompa. Visitors are welcome to explore the monastery grounds and peek inside during designated hours. Afterward, we’ll check into a tea house for our overnight stay, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a good night’s sleep.
Day 06

Trek to Dingbouche from Tengboche

After spending the night in Tengbouche, we set off for Dingboche in the morning. Our route descends through lush forests filled with birch, conifer, and rhododendron trees. As we trek, we'll be treated to breathtaking views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Continuing on, we’ll walk through the Imja Valley and alongside the Lobuche River before making our ascent to Dingboche. Later in the day, we'll enjoy stunning vistas of Ama Dablam. We'll check into a tea house for dinner and a restful night's sleep.
Day 07

Acclimatization day at Dingboche

Acclimatization is crucial for a safe and enjoyable trek at higher altitudes. Today is dedicated to resting and exploring Dingboche, allowing our bodies to adapt to the rising elevation and preparing us for the challenges ahead. We'll start our day with a hearty breakfast. For further acclimatization, we can hike to Nangkartshang Peak, which offers stunning views of Makalu, Lhotse, Chalotse, Tawache, and Ama Dablam. Throughout the day, it's important to stay hydrated and take it easy, so we can read or engage in light activities. In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner at the tea house.
Day 08

Trek to Lobuche from Dingboche

As we make our way from Dingboche to Lobuche, the journey toward our destination becomes more exhilarating. With each step, the rugged terrain challenges us, and the thinning air reminds us of the high-altitude landscape we are traversing. Our day kicks off with a hearty breakfast, setting the tone for our trek ahead. We climb toward Thukla Pass, where stunning views of Punori and Nuptse unfold before us. After a refreshing break at Thukla, we continue our trek to Lobuche. Once we arrive, we settle into a warm tea house for the night, savoring a delicious dinner before retiring for a well-deserved rest.
Day 09

Trek to Gorakh Shep to Kalapatthar

After a hearty breakfast in Lobuche, we set off on our morning trek, navigating the rocky terrain as we ascend toward Gorakshep. Once we check into the tea house for a quick lunch, we embark on our journey to Everest Base Camp, making our way across the Khumbu Glacier. We take the time to capture unforgettable memories with photographs at this breathtaking location. After lunch, our adventure continues as we head from Gorakshep to Kala Patthar. The views of the snow-covered peaks—Everest (8,848 meters), Makalu (8,481 meters), Lhotse (8,516 meters), Cho Oyu (8,201 meters), and more—are truly magnificent. After soaking in the stunning scenery and snapping photos, we return to Gorakshep. We'll enjoy lunch there before retracing our steps back to Lobuche, where we'll spend the night in a cozy tea house.
Day 10

Gorakshep excursion to EBC and Lobuche

After savoring an early morning breakfast, we’ll set off from Lobuche toward Gorak Shep. The path to Gorak Shep is clear and efficient, but the trek to Everest Base Camp is more challenging for hikers. Along the way, the rocky terrain and a glacial lake enhance the rugged beauty of the landscape. As we ascend to the higher elevations, trekkers may experience altitude sickness. However, the journey offers stunning views of the Khumbu Glacier and icefall. Upon reaching Everest Base Camp, we’ll be greeted by an awe-inspiring atmosphere filled with colorful tents, creating an unforgettable experience. Before heading back to Gorak Shep, there will be plenty of opportunities to capture memorable photographs. We’ll spend the night at the cozy Gorak Shep Tea House.
Day 11

Trek from Lobuche to Lobuche High Camp

After enjoying an early breakfast, we set off from base camp on a straightforward yet exhilarating journey along a snow-covered and icy path. Equipped with ropes and crampons, we navigate the terrain with excitement, taking occasional breaks to rest and recharge our energy. Upon reaching the tranquil campsite at 5,400 meters, our dedicated Sherpa team will be busy arranging our accommodations. Before we ascend Lobuche Peak, it’s essential to thoroughly test our climbing gear and assess our physical well-being.
Day 12

Climb - summit (6119m) and back to Lobuche

We aim to summit Lobuche east within the day, commencing our climb aroud 2 am to ensure we reach top by noon before harsh afternoon winds render further ascent unsafe. The summit stands at approximately 5600 m, with our journey requiring the use of rope and crampons to navigate the icy terrain. It sounds like an incredible experience !Witnessing the panoramic view of the Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Pumori, Cholaste, and more must be breathtaking. Enjoy time there and capture unforgettable memories.
Day 13

Trek to Pangboche from Lobuche

After leaving Lobuche Base Camp, we begin our trek back to our final destination, retracing our steps along the route beside Everest Base Camp. We’ll pause for lunch in Lobuche before continuing on to the village of Pheriche. From there, we travel through the stunning subalpine landscapes of the Pangboche region, where rhododendrons and junipers create a picturesque backdrop. Our day wraps up with a restful night at a charming tea house in Pangboche.
Day 14

Trek to Namche Bazaar from Pangboche

Starting from Lobuche base Camp, we embark on our return trek towards our destination. We follow the path aligned with Everest Base Camp, then proceed to Pheriche settlement after having lunch at Lobuche. Our journey continues onward to pangboche. Next, our journey leads us through the enchanting subalpine rhododendron and junipre forests nestled within the Pangboche region. Upon reaching Pangboche, we settle in for the night at a cozy tea house.
Day 15

Trek to Lukla from Namche Bazar

Continuing our journey from Namche Bazar to Lukla promises to be a memorable adventure. Exploring the picturesque landscape and crossing several suspension bridges surely provides breathtaking views of the rugged terrain.
Day 16

Flight back to Kathmandu

Start your adventure with a morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Spend the day immersing yourself in the vibrant culture and sights of the city. As evening approaches, enjoy a delightful dinner and cherish your final night in Kathmandu. Upon your arrival at the airport, a transfer will be arranged to take you to your hotel. Please note that flight schedules are at the airline's discretion and may be affected by weather conditions.
Day 17

Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley
