Day 01

Arrive Kathmandu.

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our Trekking Guide Team Adventure representatives will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel in Thamel. Transportation will be arranged via a private vehicle for a comfortable transfer. Take some time to relax and refresh at the hotel before joining us later for a detailed trek briefing and preparation session.
Day 02

Drive from Kathmandu to Dhap early in the morning in a local sharing jeep

The Pikey Peak trek begins in Dhap. You'll depart from Kathmandu early in the morning and travel by local jeep to Dhap Bazaar. Depending on the group size, we may either hire a private jeep or share a ride with others. The journey follows the scenic Sunkoshi River, winding through hillsides that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The drive itself is a highlight, with captivating landscapes at every turn. As you reach Dhap Bazaar, the sight of distant snow-capped mountains will leave you in awe—a truly magical moment. Spend the night here to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Day 03

Trek from Dhap to Jhapre

From Dhap, the trail ascends towards Sigane, offering an incredible view of Numbur Himal. Continuing along a scenic road, you'll reach Jhapre, which sits atop a deep valley. From this vantage point, trekkers are treated to breathtaking views of both Everest and Numbur Himal. In Jhapre, you can explore a stupa and a quaint monastery. Though small, the village exudes natural beauty and charm.
Day 04

Trek from Jhapre to Pikey Peak Base Camp Leaving Jhapre, you will ascend towards the Pikey Pe

Leaving Jhapre, you'll begin your ascent toward Pikey Peak Base Camp. The trail meanders along a grassy ridge, leading you to Bhulbhule, where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Mount Everest. Continuing on, the path winds through lush forests, bringing you to Taklung Danda. Along the way, you'll be surrounded by vibrant vegetation, including Nepal's national flower, the rhododendron. It's a tranquil and rejuvenating journey through the heart of nature.
Day 05

Ascend to Pikey Peak and descend to Jasmane Bhanjyang (3,550 m/11,647 ft) for the night stay

Today, your journey takes you from the Pikey Peak Base Camp to the summit of Pikey Peak. You’ll start early, before the sun rises, as the trail winds its way up the western face of the mountains. Along the way, you’ll be treated to stunning views of snow-capped peaks. As you navigate a curve in the path, colorful prayer flags will mark the spot where you can catch a glimpse of Pikey Peak’s summit. Continue your ascent to the top, where you’ll witness a breathtaking sunrise over the majestic peaks of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Kanchenjunga, Makalu, and Thamserku, with the vast Himalayan range stretching before you. After soaking in the panoramic views, you’ll descend back to the base camp. From there, continue trekking through pine groves, making your way to Jasmane Bhanjyang for an overnight stay.
Day 06

Trek from Jasmane Bhyanjyang to Junbesi

After a satisfying breakfast, you'll start your trek from Jasmane Bhanjyang to Junbesi. The journey takes you through lush forests and open meadows. As you continue, you'll follow a wide gravel road that leads you into Junbesi. Once there, take the time to explore the village and experience the daily lives of the locals. The breathtaking mountain views from the village are truly spectacular.
Day 07

Rest day at Junbesi- visit Thupten Choling Gompa (3,031 m/9,944 ft)

Take a rest day in Junbesi and hike up to the Thupten Chyoling Monastery, a significant 19th-century landmark. This monastery holds great spiritual importance for the local community. Learn about its history and the beliefs that shape the lives of the people in the region. Enjoy some time to relax and reconnect with nature.
Day 08

Trek from Junbesi to Phaplu

Today marks the final day of your trek. The trail descends from Junbesi to Phaplu, following a dusty path. You’ll descend to the Junbesi Khola, crossing it via a suspension bridge. After crossing the river, continue on to Beni Ghat, passing through lush forests along the way. The trail will then lead you to Phaplu, a Sherpa village where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and experience the traditional lifestyle of the community.

Drive from Phaplu to Kathmandu by local sharing jeep

Today, you’ll embark on a scenic journey from Phaplu to Kathmandu. The ride will be long but breathtaking, as you wind through the hills, passing lush forests and charming villages.
